Chili's Grill - Lake Charles

I recommend this place for everyone. the best experience I ever had in a restaurant. there is a certain worker I would like to mention, and this is kevin. his hospitality of the customers is a1 steak sauce, kerl deserves definitiw an increase. I'll be back soon and the food was hot and fresh. my family and I were satisfied. also we haven't waited long. thanks for the great customer service.

Ordered on line at 845 order was ready for 919. It's 1015 now and I haven't been able to pick up my order. It's 1017 my order finally here but not right ordered full rack of ribs was given 1/2 rack . The server disappears yet once again to the back. More than upset!!! I'm furious.

I would totally recommend picking a different place in town.... You can literally go anywhere and recieve the same food cooked properly... Get served way more politely and friendly and just a better atmosphere in general this place really needs checked on by a district manager or something don't go here period...?

Google said there was a best or only chicken wings located inside Chili 's. It 's online only. We ordered chili 's chicken wings, they were ok. Went to check out. Don 't like those remote check out devices. You can 't see your receipt until after you charge your card. Our waiter said he lost our ticket. Apparently he charged the table behind us with our ticket. It took over 20 minutes to fix. $34 for wings a coke. Very overpriced. At Hooters we had wings with beer and it was only $40. Never return to a chilis.

Service was good once we where seated. Walked in the restaurant was maybe half full with plenty of open tables and booths and was told it would be 15-20 minute wait. We figured it was because they where short staffed, but after talking to the waiter that was not the case. Food was delicious!!!
