Have the brisket bbq burger. great service, but burger just had a lot more. on top of this burgerpatty was falling apart as they ate it

This is the worst place to take their family friends. the bar lasts 45 minutes. next to the waiting period we had on the bar, our eating also took an extremely long time when it came out, it was so cold. our fries were glued to the paper. just terrible for our friends birthday experience.

Was fast sitting, but that was the good part. we waited there about 15 minutes before we knew who our server was. after approx. 45 minutes we got our wings, boneless, and they were so open that we could barely bite in them, they were at best room temperature. I starved so that I put them on the luke and prayed that I didn't wake up with explosive diarrhea in the morning, and no, I didn't think for the asking.

The good: The food tastes absolutely fantastic! The bad: The service was disappointing, with excessive wait times for everything—ranging from placing our order to receiving our bill from the waitress. After we received our bill, we waited 20 minutes for her to return and process our payment. Management was nowhere to be found, which was unacceptable at Buffalo Wild Wings.
