Bill's Burger - Lake Charles

This is a nice place for snacks and basic bar drinks with friends or a casual meal. The food was ok, not great. Burgers were dry, two thin patties that could have been bought in any fast food restaurant. Sauce was not there on the burger or just tasteless. The fries were terrible- soggy and over salted. If you can’t get taste, don’t just cover in salt. They could get a lesson from McDonalds on crispy fries which would be a step up. Bad customer service. We waited over an hour for our food that wasn’t even good. Other people that came in after we did were served before us and they even finished their meals before we ever got our food. I’m not sure what takes so long to make simple burgers and salty fries. Will not come back again.

Waited over an hour before food arrived. There were at least 4 tables that arrived after we did and got their food before us. The waitress and manager just kept saying the food was being made. This is absolutely the worst service I have gotten. Then when the food finally arrived, it was cold.

Great atmosphere and drinks. Vincent made some amazing drinks that were very creative and really yummy!!! A recommended stop at the Golden Nugget Casino!! Great service and very attentive!! Vincent was great!!! My husband had the Old Fashion with A Vincent spin and was very impressed!! Amazing service!!
