The pizzas are delicious, but it seems the staff can't keep up with the demand. I ordered online and was told to wait 45 minutes for pickup, but I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes to receive my pizza. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Middle Rock Pizza And Eatery:
I went to the restaurant on a Saturday and ordered three pizzas: margherita, BBQ chicken, and chili prawn. The wait time was 50 minutes, which we understood given it was a busy day. However, we ended up waiting 1 hour and 50 minutes before our pizzas finally arrived. I’m not sure if they had a trainee in the kitchen, but these pizzas were incredibly disappointing.
