Panda Express - Lake Balboa

I have been going to this restaurant for more than three years simply because it is in my neighborhood. However, I am disappointed with the quality of the food for the price we pay. A little more generous portions would go a long way in keeping customers happy and coming back. The lack of customer service at this establishment is also concerning, with the employees appearing rude and untrained. I have decided not to return to this location, as it seems they have a lot to improve on.

This restaurant used to be amazing, but now it's only good during regular lunch and dinner hours. Outside of those times, the food sits around and becomes old, mushy, and flavorless. Even an hour before closing, the selection is limited and not fresh.

This restaurant occasionally serves good food, but it lacks consistency. The chow mein noodles were noticeably thinner on one visit. The drive-thru often makes mistakes. Despite being around for a long time, the restaurant is far from perfect, though it is cleaner than most others, but also pricier. They seem stingy with soy sauce. Overall, it is average. While it used to have the best orange chicken, it now tastes like burnt skin. It appears to be declining in quality.

Second time in this place. Your noodles and rice lack taste and texture

I go to this panda about 5 times a year and every online order was messee on forgotten things or wrong articles. In person, the staff is either great or extremely rude. Beef and broccoli have 2 shredded beef, we have ordered 3 times to exclude a bad chance, but it is 100% failure.
