The lunch options are very expensive, but the location is beautiful.
The food quality is lacking and the prices are exorbitant. The menu is quite simplistic and could benefit from an upgrade.
Upon our arrival, we mentioned our reservation through OpenTable, only to be informed that the restaurant does not have a computer system and does not accept OpenTable reservations. It was quite confusing. It might be a good idea to remove them from your website.
This was for Mother’s Day, service was terrible, a lot of the food was cold. There was a 22% service charge which would have been fine if the service and food was better. Very disappointed with whole experience.
Unfortunately the hotel where the restaurant is located was very understaffed. While the restaurant was by no means full there were wedding parties and other private dinners that may have caused a back up in the kitchen. It took 40 minutes from the time we ordered to the time we were served. The restaurant has 2 menus, a typical dinner house menus and a Steak and Chop House menus with very large serving sizes. Better choices in Lake Arrowhead.
