Is it fair that an association can simply monopolize a lake of this size? That only the privileged few can enjoy the water? I get having a reservation system to limit the amount of daily users and preserve the fishing and water quality. But only allowing visitors to just view it from behind a fence is pretty ridiculous. You can't fish here as a California residence! how can a community just take over a lake it belongs to everyone I'm sure state taxes are used to maintain this lake sad to see greedy individuals do this

The rules are becoming ridiculous. Thank God you got rid of the stupid money hungry extra fishing license. Also 2 gate key cards is not enough!
