The cocktails and meals were awesome, but the homemade apple strudel with vanilla sauce and whipped cream was to die for. Highly recommended!
We liked the menu, though is not too broad, we loved the way they will fit to our requests, fresh, light and genuine cuisine.
A unique experience, for me, that will be difficult to equal. The food was second to none and the Stube was very cosy. Thank you to the Plattner family for a lovely day. I will remember the day for a long time when I am back in Scotland.
We were passing by for a quick lunch with kids, they were kind and relatively quick with the service. I expected a more traditional menu but instead we found basic food the pasta was very low quality. The terrace is quite a nice spot.
Stayed in the hotel for the week end and the superior room was great! Clean modern and comfy...balcony with view...we ate both nights at the hotels restaurant and the food was really good...typical from the area so expect mountain style yummy dishes...the maitre and the staff /family were Very friendly...overall good experience definetely excellent solution from where to visit the Bolzano/Val Gardena area.
