We arrived there by car shortly after 3 p.m. After unloadi... read more Wanted to be there on March 6th. have a coffee and a bite to eat with my 96-year-old former neighbor. We arrived there by car shortly after 3 p.m. After unloading the walker, we soon discovered that the restaurant was closed due to... is closed for company holidays. The internet says open from 3 p.m. A little reference to this fact online would have saved us a lot. There were also three people there who had walked up from Lahr and now had to turn back without having achieved anything. Such behavior by the operators is simply outrageous, there is no competition up there. Dirk Börger

Unfortunately, the host at the table was a real disappointment. Politeness is too much to ask for, and flexibility is nonexistent. We were on our way back from Belgium, where we had been eating fries for three days. For this reason, we wanted a German restaurant with good Wiener schnitzel and spaetzle. Unfortunately, it wasn't possible to get the schnitzel with spaetzle, so we ordered an additional portion of spaetzle with the schnitzel. The already high prices were, of course, increased even further. I also find it annoying that the fries are delivered and then thrown away untouched. The spaetzle would have been good.
