My husband and I started and ended our week-long honeymoon trip with stops at Java Jazz. We stumbled across it walking across the street from our resort and decided to stop in to check it out. And we were so glad we did. The time we spent hanging out, enjoying the great food, drinks, and atmosphere were definitely some of the highlights of our Maui-stay! The live music wasfantastic, too. The cherry on top was definitely our bartender: Corey. She is such a sweetheart and made us feel incrediblywelcome and like old friends. We chatted about working in the entertainment industry and her adventures. She even remembered myhusband and I when we came back at the end of the week and was so excited to see us. I'm 19 weeks pregnant, and Corey said thatshe can't wait to see us again when the baby is born! Thank you for being a truly amazing human, Corey! ??
This was the best place we have eaten during our trip to Hawaii. We came back a few times. The coffee kept flowing. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was amazing. Jazz music playing. The staff were very nice. We were recommended to come here and wewere not disappointed.
Unfortunately we only got to have cocktails but we heard the table next to ours raving about their food so I have no doubts it's delicious. I had a guava martini and it was amazing, and our server Cory, was so lovely and friendly! The atmosphere is awesomeand seeing all the pictures and notes from past guests on the furniture and walls etc was really fun to see!
Good food with a large number of options, primarily tex-mex with plenty of standard American options as well, decent portions and reasonable prices $10-$20). The ambience is like that of an artist's haven and is not kid friendly. They have cleanrestrooms and an old school vibe too. Our favorite dishes were the huevos rancheros a bit oily though), fantapano, blackenedfish sandwich.
What a funky find! We had just flown in from the mainland and were starving. Walked to this little hole in the wall place and had some tasty food. It is very eclectic and the energy is good. At night they have a band that plays music. We also went therefor breakfast and enjoyed every bite!
