Dunkin' - Feedback

What French Bulldog doesn't like about Dunkin':
We had a lousy experience here. The kid who took the order didn’t listen and made the iced coffee so light it was basically cream and sugar with a tiny splash of coffee. Took three tries for it to be drinkable and even then it was just meh. When I told him the coffee wasn’t good, he stared at me with no expression- I had to ask for it to be remade. Sophia at the DD off McIntyre made my morning! I had dirty hands and she opened the bathroom door for me to wash them. She checked to see if there was any pumpkin left for my Chai. I told her my mom was sick and she gave me her favorite donut. I was having a rough morning and just her little gesture really brightened my day! View all feedback.
