Central is a cozy restaurant with friendly service, great food, and delicious cocktails. The restaurant is a bit small and can get crowded, with seating that may not be the most comfortable. The lack of a bathroom in the restaurant itself was a downside for some customers. Additionally, the music was said to be too loud and not quite fitting for the ambiance of the place. Some felt that the prices were slightly high for what was offered. However, there were positive comments about the excellent food, such as the mushroom bolognese, tuna poke, and steak empanadas. The staff was praised for being outstanding and the ambiance superb, making for a very enjoyable dining experience. Chuck's Steakhouse was also highly recommended for its fabulous food and excellent service, with particular mention of the fantastic steak dinner. Overall, Central seems to be a good choice for drinks and appetizers, while Chuck's Steakhouse received high praises for their delicious food, attentive service, and overall dining experience.

Our visit to Chuck's Steakhouse was fantastic! The food was delicious and our waitress, Sue, was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and entertaining! I highly recommend dining at Chuck's to anyone in Banff.
This restaurant is my absolute favorite. The bar tenders are fantastic and they make the most delicious cocktails. One of my personal favorites is the blackberry champagne cocktail - it's so good that I even started making it at home now.
Central is a charming restaurant with decent food. I ordered the mushroom bolognese and a glass of wine. Personally, I found it to be a bit expensive for what is offered. The restaurant was only half full on a Saturday night, despite having made a reservation. Unfortunately, I had to wait at the bar for about 20 minutes before being seated.
Fantastic meal with friendly servers. It was an anniversary to remember. Nice place great atmosphere, and the food was great.
We visited the area and are always looking for new places to try. The reviews we have good, we tried. It was a Sunday night and there was only one other table occupied. It was so dark inside we had to use our phones to read the menu! I asked them to turn the lights a bit, but the seater told me it would ruin the ambience! I asked if some of the dishes could be modified to make them milk free, but they told me that it would not ruin the dish! A court empanadas were frozen and had to be sent back. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.
