We had our hearts set on a banana split after... read more I had an ice cream, and since I hadn’t been to Lucy’s this summer, my husband and I decided to drive to LaGrange. We had our hearts set on a banana split after a friend posted a picture of hers on Facebook! We placed our orders and while we were waiting for the banana splits to be made, my phone rang. It was a callback, and when I mentioned we were at Lucy’s, the caller immediately expressed interest in joining us. After seeing our banana splits, they decided to get one to share! We would definitely recommend the banana split or any of the other delicious ice cream desserts at Lucy’s! You really can’t go wrong!

We have been customers here for years, and typically, this is the go-to place for ice. However, during our visit today, we ordered three different ice products... read more We have been customers here for years, and typically, this is the go-to place for ice. However, during our visit today, we ordered three different ice products but only received two. After tipping $5, we were quite disappointed that we didn’t get all three items we ordered. It turned out that our order was mixed up multiple times, and when we tried to explain, the woman at the front insisted that we hadn’t ordered three items. Another staff member had written down three, and there are three of us in the car, so it was clear that there was a mistake. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time they’ve messed up our order. I understand that mistakes happen, but completely missing one of our orders and then arguing about it is just unacceptable. Given this ongoing chaos during our visits, I think I will take my business elsewhere.
