When this place first opened the drive-thru speeds were phenomenal that eating is excellent now but I was just in drive-thru for at least 20 minutes. it is the management that the employees filter themselves, but the management will not have if they have bad management they always have bad management.
Stop in at cook out on occasion for their peanut butter fudge milkshake. They are excellent. The service this trip was as usual. Very fast, great service by a friendly and professional staff. This place has great milkshakes. They are thick creamy and wicked cold. Great on a hot day. Love the fact that they have one size and its fairly priced. That makes sense. Thanks cook out for the great and speedy service. Love your milkshakes. Way to go!
Worst service ever in all of Lagrange tonight. waited 20 minutes in the second lane of the drive thru only one car in front of us. had to go in and get them to move that car so we could leave. Steve is the rudest manager I have ever dealt with. absolutely pathetic. will never come back. with management like that and Freddie's open 100 yards away good luck.

This is the first time in a while since I've eaten at Cookout burger so I thought I'd try their premium burger. The meat is about as small as the meat on a Big Mac,grant it the Cook out burger is about a dollar and half cheaper. The onion ringsdefinitely had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. I won't be doing Cook out again.
