The monkfish in rice was good. Perhaps stick to fish rather than steak. The Algarve tart should not be missed.

Service friendly and efficient. Both had grilled seabass (fine), chips (good) with boiled mixed veg (awful; not hot; grossly overcooked and soggy). Also wedge of lemon looked like it had been cut the day before. Also pudim, very nice. Have not yet eaten elsewhere in Lagos but better must be possible.

Ordering a starter of garlic mushrooms a plate of tinned button mushrooms with roughly chopped garlic arrived, how difficult is it to slice some mushrooms up and throw into a pan is a head scratcher. While only half way through the starter the main course arrived, so we sent it back to the kitchen which was met with a huff of dissatisfaction form the waiter. We then realised that the staff were more interested in watching the football on the TV than waiting on the customers, disappointed to say the least.
