Bersagliere - Laglio

We ate here on a Monday night as it was the only restaurant open in Laglio. We had a lovely authentic Italian meal on the balcony overlooking Lake Como a choice of pasta dishes which were all delicious and homemade, very nice red wine and gorgeous Tiramisu. The owner, Henry, was extremely helpful and gave us advice on things to do in the area, sold us our bus tickets for the next day and chatted in English. Very relaxed cafe bar on the ground floor selling sandwiches, coffee, ice creams. Would recommend it is on the top road above Laglio so a lot of steps to get back down if you are staying in the town and are walking rather than driving.

We stopped here on our first night in lake como. We was hoping for a really nice Italian meal. There was no menu so the nice female working there tried to explain in broken English what was on the menu. We ordered two pasta dishes. They came out and we're basically just microwave meals. Very disappointing.

Had a few beers here on hot afternoons and view from carpark is very good. Beer cold and staff attentive also found it to be one of the few places to buy cigarettes when the general stores around laglio closed

Excellent value for money with great food and a view to die for! We ate there because we were staying in the hotel but couldn't have done better.

We ate here as we were staying in the hotel and had had a busy day . It isn't a restaurant it is a snack bar offering frozen/microwave type meals. Barely adequate. I wish we had made the effort to go further afield
