T's Fire House - Lafayette

I have been to this restaurant a few times and have always had a good experience. The place is always clean and the food is consistently delicious. The staff are also very efficient in taking orders.

There are times when you walk into a restaurant and just get the sense that there is something unique about it. Even though it's labeled as an Indian restaurant sports bar, there's more to it than meets the eye.

Tikka masala with red food coloring? Why? Gross! My korma was so spicy that I couldn't eat it. The waiter was constantly annoyed with us and refused to bring the tamarind.

We had a great dinner at this restaurant tonight. It was a rainy evening, so we were the only ones there. Despite some strange items, the owner has clearly invested in making the interior look nice. The food was excellent, and the owner, a very friendly guy, came over to chat with us about his business journey. Be sure to visit! Our favorites were the Naan and tandoori chicken.

Located behind the Kelly Moore paint store, this Indian restaurant is a hidden gem. Every dish I've tried has been excellent and the spices transport me straight to India. The naan bread is my favorite, and they even allow customers to watch it being made in a super hot oven in the kitchen. The owner, T, is incredibly friendly. Unlike the busy restaurant row, parking is not an issue at this Lafayette restaurant.
