Just walked out of your establishment downtown after the rudest service experience. My child wanted turkey instead of ham for the B.M.T., so I simply and politely asked the lady working behind the counter if we could switch the meats. Her response was a huff and a very rude I guess. I asked if the answer was I guess or in fact, yes. I offered to pay extra for the switch but she continued to be rude to me and even mad... View all feedback.

I absolutely adore Subway. I have been working at Subway for 30 years now, and my colleagues humorously call me "Subway Mom" - which has now evolved into "Subway Mama". The most rewarding part of my job is interacting with our customers, who sometimes share their criticisms but also praise our service. It's all part of the job to ensure our customers feel welcomed and valued, because they are truly part of our Subway family. The customers at Downtown Lafayette Subway #1 are always pleased with the fast and friendly service, and of course, the delicious sandwiches.

This restaurant had one of the worst service experiences ever. I went there at 4:50 pm on a Saturday and the person turned off the lights and said they were closed, even though the website stated they were open until 8 pm. When I tried to reach out by calling, the person just hung up without saying anything. Extremely rude.
