Contribute Feedback What User doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
I went to this restaurant on July 9, 2022 to get a burger. I arrived around 10:45 pm and it took me 30 minutes to place my order. I had to wait in the drive-through line and then finally was able to order. I got a #3 burger with a large cheeseburger and a large coke. The food was absolutely terrible. It tasted bad and the service was awful. I will never eat at this restaurant again. View all feedback.
Worst sonic experience I've ever had!! Wait over twenty minutes for my order. Manager explains that, be good a crazy house. If I could give negative stars, I would. Someone really needs to take over management here. When I complained, the manager met my window after I rolled it up. I need my name.
I ordered a small Oreo blast and added peanut butter. The person taking my order left her mic on while having a personal conversation with another employee. She would go back and forth from taking the order to talking so I had to repeat myself because she wasn?t listening. The blast came out fast, but it was basically vanilla ice cream with peanut butter mixed in and a few crushed Oreos on top. This picture was after I had stirred it myself.
2 time being remade! 1st time bunt winner and placed side ways in the package! No apology! I hope the third time is the charm! Who do they expect to eat this! Obviously something is wrong is the winner looks like this and the bread isn?t connecting at the bottom! Update! Just got the third one! Manager tells employee to apologize! Really sir ok ? At the moment there is only 1 other car on the lot and he didn?t have the decency to come address the problem hisself!?!?
My experience was not great. The service was very slow, but the food was fresh despite the wait.
This Sonic used to be the best spot to go, but I have had so many negative experiences here that I will not be returning. One time, while the employee was handing me my order, he put my money in his pocket without giving me a receipt. When I pulled into the drive-thru, I was yelled at. Despite calmly explaining our situation, we were met with unprofessional behavior from the female employee. We were told we could only order at the drive-thru, even though we were just driving by. When we tried again on a different day, we waited 20 minutes at the speaker only to be told they were out of what we wanted. Another day, we waited in line for 25 minutes with no acknowledgment from the staff. It's clear that this Sonic is poorly managed and needs immediate attention. I will be visiting other Sonic locations in the city from now on.
