Papa Johns Pizza - Lafayette

I order from here all the time, and they just started calling where they were talking, instead of talking to a coworker in the load, they talk to someone from a call center. I ordered a pizza and two other things. a sandwich for my friend. we asked the chicken and speckpapadias. but when we got the command, the complete beats were wrong and he got the philly papadias. I called the load and the man said it would have to come out of his pocket, and that it must be right because that put the dame out of the call center. that's funny. I didn't know that the name of any papadias, because my friend just told me that one and I never ordered a patpadias. I was nice and didn't want to be confronted, I just told him to forget it. but 40 dollars down the drain was not eaten by the food.

The pizza supreme was good but the store uses an external delivery system which is supposed to pick up the pizza and deliver it to your hotel or home. The pizza sat in the store for about two hours before one of the usual employees who delivers pizza saw that the pizza was just sitting there. He then took responsibility of delivering to me along with someone else's order. If the store is using an external delivery system that does not deliver the pizza it should not use this service.

I ordered a pizza on Sunday New York style 3 cheese with pineapple, and got got food poisoning one of the the worst feelings of my life getting the fever,migraines throwing up everything, feeling lightheaded missed work, I'm barely getting over last fever god willingly and finally this morning I was able to hold food down! But it was an horrible experience to go through especially have to go to work

Always get my order right and deliver within an hour. Got a lot of Karen's on here. 30 minutes? Dude the 90s are calling lol. Calm down people.

I usually don't leave reviews but as I read the negative comments that have been posted here I felt compelled to come to the defense of these guys and gals. First and foremost as it has been explained to me and is perfectly reasonable, I am not the only customer in this area so the drivers usually carry multiple deliveries at the same time so the distance to my home doesn't matter as they must go in order of the oldest order. David and his staff are some of the nicest people that I've come across in the time that I've been here. I've stood there and watched the cook wash his hands three times in the ten minutes that I waited after placing my order. In my opinion they are doing a great job.By the way , to the lady below, with all due respect ma'am you just admitted to threatening David and then denied it...not sure if you were maybe having a bad day, but I'm a retired attorney and can honestly say that in any court that absolutely would be deemed a threat. Folks try to pay attention to what they tell you as I did and you might gain a better understanding of why your pie may be a little later than you like. As far as cold pizza, I'd just ask them to replace it. I am sure they would be glad to. That's my two cents. Good day!
