Great little Chinese place. The food is super fresh for Chinese. My Fave for Chinese is the general Tso chicken. They use white meat chicken unlike most other places that use leg meat or thigh meat. The Tempura battery they use is also very simple and clean, not in the way of sauce or chicken. You need to change her oil frequently, and I never had this problem here either. I ordered two combo plates through GrubHub. 1 Bourbon Chicken and Shrimp Lo Mein and 2. Dragon Phoenix (General Tso’s Shrimp in Garlic Sauce). The Bourbon Chicken was dry and tough and the Shrimp Lo Mein was ok. The General Tao’s Chicken was cut in huge pieces but very tender and moist. The shrimp in garlic sauce had tender vegetables. Great combination Lomein and Knödel. This is my place for Chinese. The roasted rice is typical, nothing special. Everything else is fantastic.
