Mcalister's Deli - Lafayette

I ordered a grilled chicken club with a side of kartoffel salad, but I did not receive the potato salad. I also ordered an angus spud with bacon, cheddar, and extra butter for an additional fee, but did not receive any of the additional items even though I was charged for them. Additionally, I ordered a side Caesar salad with extra Caesar dressing, but it only came with romaine lettuce and two croutons and no extra dressing. When I tried to call the restaurant to address the issue, I was disconnected twice before finally speaking with Tracy. After explaining my problems, she put me on hold for a few minutes and then hung up the phone. I tried calling back three times with no success. In total, I paid almost ten dollars for extra items that I did not receive, as well as missing out on any sides that should have been included. I will avoid ordering from this restaurant in the future.

On April 9th, 2022, I had lunch in Lafayette, LA. The food was delicious, but what really stood out was the exceptional staff! My order was promptly and efficiently served, and the servers in the dining room were attentive, courteous, and quick. It was a delightful and unexpected experience.

Serve is terrible. cooking of employees and managers must start fresh. we waited an hour and 5 minutes to get a cold spud max and a club sandwich. our waiters had to be the best employee there. they apologized for the kitchen staff. the manager must be responsible for not managing the kitchen staff.

Slowest service ever. The cashiers were standing in the back eating while the line got longer and longer. 30 minute wait for 2 soups.

Terrible service, terrible wait times. Waited an hour for food and they didn’t even make it! Don’t ever plan on returning to this location again. Don’t even waste your time on this place
