They were out of mac and cheese, and the... read more Visited the restaurant but the dining room was closed. I ordered a 16-piece meal for the family through the drive-thru. They were out of mac and cheese, and then told me they ran out of biscuits as well. They did offer an alternative side, so I asked for fries. Unfortunately, I should have clarified that I wanted hot, fresh fries because what I received was not edible.

Although I haven’t visited since 2021 due to COVID and the economic situation, this review reflects my past experiences. The staff were generally friendly, and the menu offered a good variety. Cleanliness was acceptable overall, but occasionally we noticed crumbs on the tables, a used napkin left behind, and the floor could have been swept more thoroughly. There were also some sticky spots on the tables from time to time. As a former waitress, I understand how difficult it can be to maintain perfect cleanliness during busy times. Please keep in mind that these observations are based on visits from over a year ago.

They were... read more I ordered a three-piece chicken tender combo about 15 minutes before closing time, and I just have to say that I couldn't eat a single chicken strip. They were so old and hard that I couldn't even bite into them. I tried to pull the meat apart, but it was impossible since it had obviously been sitting out for too long. This was the worst experience I've ever had with KFC, and it happened at the location in Lafayette, Tennessee.

On several occasions, the dining room has been clo... read more I strongly recommend calling ahead to confirm their hours, as they often differ from what the sign indicates. On several occasions, the dining room has been closed, and only the drive-thru is available. Unfortunately, most of the staff members are rude and unhelpful. If you have difficulty hearing, you may have trouble understanding anything they say.
