I ordered a three-piece meal with mashed potatoes, gravy, and macaroni and cheese, along with an extra side of mac and cheese. Instead, I only received two pieces of chicken and two servings of mac and cheese. On top of that, the extra crispy chicken looked like it had been dropped on the floor. If that wasn’t bad enough, they were also out of Pepsi.

I ordered a two-piece extra crispy breast dinner, but instead, I received one extra crispy wing and one original breast. The chicken tasted like it had been washed in soap—absolutely disgusting! We got it through the drive-thru.

They also forgot my sauce, forcing me to make a long trip back to the store to retrieve it. When I arrived, it took about five minutes for them to get me the sauce, as the male and female staff were too busy flirting to attend to the register. Once I finally got home, I found that the chicken was pink and undercooked. I can't recommend this place, and it's quite clear why.
