I'm very disappointed with KFC today. Their promotion offering a free soda bucket with the purchase of a 12 or 16-piece Bucket Meal is misleading. In the advert... read more I'm very disappointed with KFC today. Their promotion offering a free soda bucket with the purchase of a 12 or 16-piece Bucket Meal is misleading. In the advertisement, the soda clearly appears to come in a bucket with a handle, but in reality, it’s just a heavy plastic bag with a screw-on cap. This feels like a bait and switch tactic and frankly, it borders on fraud. Shame on KFC for misleading customers like this. The menu promotion is completely deceptive.

The cashier was exceptionally friendly, and the store was very clean.
