Ihop - Lafayette

I haven't been in a while and I went last night with the family and the service was spot on Food was great the servers were great, and the manger named shay was exceptional!! She was professional and friendly she made sure we got our food on time we enjoyed the service we'd definitely come back.

Shut this place down. Slowest service in Lafayette. The place will be empty except for one other customer, and they will sit you right next to them. One cook tried to sell us food on the side without the waitress and other staff knowing. The waitress wouldn’t write the order down, trying to impress us With her memory I guess, and screwed up the order. Sometimes I go there just to see what they will screw up next. They never disappoint

Very nice staff. Food was slow when there wasn’t any customers but taste good.

The absolute worst experience ever. Took almost 1.5 hours to recieve an order for only 3 of us and the place was not busy at all. We were 1 of the maybe 6 tables in the entire place and when we did FINALLY receive our order some of the food was cold and our coffee was served with no option of creamer
