Nothing about tha... read more Out of everything that was ordered, the new Thick and Fluffy French Toast is what I wanted most and it's what I ended up having to throw away! Nothing about that bread was thick or fluffy. Literally I was served two thin slice breads with no toppings! Shedid offer to add the toppings I asked for(that they decided to throw on pancakes I never ordered) but I didn't want it afterseeing them struggling a toast.

Fast and friendly, had stuff out that we didn't know we wanted, probably the best server there in my opinion. The host was sweet so the environment wasdefinitely great.

About 6-7 min l... read more Sign at entrance said to wait for seating. Waited there for about 6 min before someone told me to seat myself. Another 5 min to get drink order. About 6-7 min later someone came to take my order but I hadn't received menu yet. The menu I received had halfof the menu missing. The table was sticky. Had to get salt from another table and it was almost empty. Received food, some of itcold. Pancakes came later than rest of order and were small and flat. No one at checkout when I went to leave. Waited a fewminutes before I could pay. Employees were very loudly gossiping the whole time.

It took an hour to get our food, husband's steak omelet was overcooked, and my eggs had an odd smell/taste. Bathrooms also smelled awful and were not kept up. It was superdisappointing since we used to never have this experience at IHOP!

There was a woman at the table across from me who received some eggs that were still wet, and she had already taken a bite of them. When she asked the waiter for a new plate of eggs that weren't wet, he returned with the same eggs she had already partially eaten, but just cooked a bit longer. They actually put the eggs back on the grill after she had already eaten from them, which is extremely unsanitary and frankly disgusting. I'm pregnant and could easily get sick from this. I will never return to another IHOP again. (Update: the woman across from me ended up leaving, and so did I.)
