Despite this, the din... read more Culver's, as a franchise, tends to be expensive for the value offered and doesn't compensate its employees well, leading to high turnover. Despite this, the dining area is often unnecessarily crowded with plenty of empty tables. This particular location is the worst I've encountered. They have messed up my very simple dessert order three times in a row during my recent visits. It's hard to believe. They do correct the order after I go back inside, but that doesn’t resolve the underlying issue. The quality of service here reflects poor leadership, and the management is clearly not succeeding.
