This caused... read more I placed a pickup order at Panera Bread, but because the dining room wasn’t locked even with customers inside, I had to use the drive-thru instead. This caused a wait of 10 to 15 minutes, which really defeats the purpose of a quick pickup. The menu options are great, but the service process needs improvement.

While my children and I were looking at the menu and placing our order, she spoke to us in a condescending tone. It was the worst experience we've had.

Sta... read more My Son and I have had circumstances lately for which we have eaten out a lot. Here at Panera Bread we have had what is the best lunchtime dining experience. Starting with being greeted and having our order taken by Madison through the end of our meal, itwas a completely wonderful lunch. Madison, you 're awesome! The restaurant is impeccably clean. All the staff we encountered wereso friendly. We could tell they were happy to be working there. And, the quality and portions of our food were outstanding. Ihad their new Mexican corn chowder in a sourdough bread bowl; my Son, their flatbread pepperoni/sausage pizza. We also hadtheir charged lemonades which were so tasty and refreshing. I know this is one of my longer reviews; it is well deserved. ThisPanera Bread is well worth the trip!

Also I love their latter's but whem you order a large and it is the amount of a small... all very disappointing.
