The sign says 10:45 AM, not 11 AM. Some of us have only a 30-minute lunch break, so I don’t want to waste that time waiting for them to open, regardless of the circumstances.
Over the past few days, the white rice in my burrito at Chipotle Mexican Grill has tasted sour, which unfortunately caused me food poisoning yesterday. I will never return to this location again, despite their menu offerings.
I've ordered takeout from here three times, and my order has never been correct. They've either left out ingredients or given me the wrong items altogether. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, but this experience has been frustrating.
Why did I decide to give this restaurant another chance after such a disappointing first visit? The portion sizes were extremely small. The burritos were wrapped in a way that limited the filling, making them literally half the size of a typical burrito, with an excessive amount of tortilla. The burrito bowl didn’t even fill the bottom of the bowl. And what was the company's response? You need to make two more visits to qualify for a buy-one-get-one offer to get your money's worth. Chipotle used to be amazing, but now all their locations are getting negative reviews.
