The franchise as a whole has gone down hill and this location is completely on brand with that downhill slide into oblivion. When we walked in on a Sunday there was no one to great us, eventually someone came up, asked if we had been helped and then turned around and walked away without a second word when we said no. Once we were finally seated it took a very long time to get a server at our table and when she finally brought us our drinks it took multiple reminders to get lemon for my moms water and a set of utensils for each. Ordered an appetizer but disappointed because they were out of what we actually wanted. When we finally got our food it was cold. Only stayed because we had a gift card to use but we will never be back again.

I assume they were short staffed, and I could tell the frustration from the hostess. We did have to wait at least 10 mins before getting a table. It was very busy, several tables were empty but the ones that had customers, there were groups of them. The kitchen seemed behind as well. The food was good though, it just took a while for us to sit, get food and leave. They were trying their best to stay on top of it, but like everywhere in customer service, it is hard to find and keep a good staff. I got the Margarita grilled chicken. It may have taken a little time to get our food, but when we did, at least it was hot. Parking: The parking lot is a decent size especially with the amount of customers that were there that day.
