As a visitor from Dallas, TX, I found it to be a great value for the price. The brisket was tender and juicy, with a fantastic bark and an abundance of flavor—I absolutely loved it! I’m looking forward to trying the poutine next time; it looks intriguing. Overall, I give the food a solid 5 out of 5.

While I won't claim it's the best I've ever had—thanks to my travels for work, where I've experienced amazing BBQ in Kansas City, Memphis, and Texas—this place definitely ranks high on my list. Lafayette doesn't have many BBQ options, so finding this gem was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend it and would happily return. The ribs and brisket were both excellent, and the ancho espresso BBQ sauce was unique but tasty; I actually enjoyed it! A friend who is a big fan recommended this spot to me. I spent $24 for a two-meat, two-side plate with a drink, which I think is a great deal for such quality. Definitely give them a try; you won’t be disappointed!

I’ve been a fa... read more Definitely one of my favorite BBQ places if only my favorite BBQ spots to eat at. I’ve been eating from Blanchards since before there restaurant. I’ve been a fan since the food truck days at the AT&T call center in Lafayette. I recommend this place for any BBQ cravings. Nachos are my favorite with extra cheese.
