However, others rave about the attentive service and delicious food, particularly the beet salad and chicken parmesan. Outdoor dining is a hit, with brunch praised for its giant burgers and crispy waffles. The Brussels sprouts are a consistent favorite, although dessert disappointments have been noted. Overall, dining experiences at the Cooperage can vary, but those seeking a family-friendly venue with a warm ambiance may find what they're looking for in this downtown Lafayette spot.
Food and service were great. Best truffle fries ever!!
Meal and service were tasty and efficient. Our waiter was excellent.
The standard dining area was way too loud. Tile or slate floors plus wood covered walls may look nice but we could not carry on a conversation!
The food is quite good. I find the meal overall overpriced and that will be the reason why I gave 3 stars overall and will likely not return anytime soon. I think the money can go farther in different restaurants.
Great quality food and reasonably sized portions. Service was excellent. Will definitely be back because it was hard to choose a meal from all the amazing options they had. I did get the shrimp and grits and they were delicious!
