We had a delicious lunch here, the food is excellent, the chef clearly knows what he/she is doing. Staff were very friendly and service was quick given the standard of the food. Very hard to find a gastro' pub serving food as good as this. Can highly recommend. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Brown Bear:
The vegetables were served raw, the lamb meat was rare and in small portions, and the potatoes were dry and microwaved. The chicken was also dry, with an oily garlic sauce on the plate. Travelled out from Naas to have dinner here last night. We had such a lovely evening. We had heard there was a new chef and he did not disappoint. Food was of a very, very high standard.....five star all the way. Restaurants in Naas, Ballymore etc. you need to up your game!
Went here for our anniversary and I could not find any fault with it. The food was out of this world. The place was spotless. The staff was very friendly and we were not long waiting for our order. I would definitely recommend a visit and I will most certainly be returning. One of the nicest places I have ever eaten in by a long shot.
This restaurant is amazing! Even though we arrived during a busy dinner service, we were promptly seated. The food was delicious and the service was friendly.
Very good restaurant, very good quality service, I highly recommend!
We were a party of 8 last night. I couldn't say a bad word about the place. Warm, friendly and really tasty food. It's a bit out of the way for me as I live in Dublin but was there with family from Caragh last night. I hope people locally read this. Very lucky to have such good restaurant with loads of parking space
