Incredibly memorable experience, and it made my day.

We went with a simple California ro... read more We have been here about a year ago and our visit was nice. Today we decided to drive back to Ladysmith and try Kadeem again. We went with a simple California roll to split and then the Kamikaze roll and Rainbow roll. First off that is the best Rainbow Roll we have had in a very long time. The Kamikaze roll was great and I like that they mixed the hot sauce into the tuna for the topping instead of just squirting hot sauce on as many do as an easy way. They did it the right way! The food was terrific and we know why we came here the first time. The seafood tasted fresh and had that perfect melt in your mouth sensation you expect of a quality sushi establishment. The dining room is very modest and isn’t too flashy but we came for the food. We will be back again.

Not well advertised, but worth the effort to discover. Good and friendly sevice.

The moderately-priced sushi is delicious, with a full menu offering many options. The miso soup is delicate and the Ebi Sunomono is elegantly served in a martini glass. The California Combo was a pleasant surprise, as it was a large and very tasty dish. Despite its location on the highway, the restaurant's atmosphere inside is serene and relaxing. I definitely recommend trying Kaede Sushi Grill!
