House service (they are carriers of dishes, like me, when I worked in pizzeria). Here comes the first and/or the second, a bit in bulk. Family and local atmosphere almost always empty. Many dishes for takeaway,... so while you eat, you have a continuous walk in the middle of the tables, of people taking away. If the Lady does not understand what you say, it is useless to repeat.
