Service was great. Server very helpful with making our selections. Bit the bullet though and purchased a filet mignon for $55. (Trabuco Steak House has the best for $20 cheaper. Several tendons throughout the filet left it very chewy. Didn't mention because other 3 dinners were delicious. Dessert was yummy. View all feedback.
What leew doesn't like about Blk Burgrz:
Loved the atmosphere. Waitress was super nice. Appetizer was yummy! But when burger is In the name of your place, they really should be outstanding burgers. My husband and I were not impressed. View all feedback.
Service was great, eating well, the fact that I had to be charged for a 2nd cup coffee, was ridiculous and a bad taste in my mouth regarding this decor...spent $140 in front of top between four of us to dinner and they can not even fill my second cup coffee bad decision!
Stopped after an event in the ladera sports complex. service was good, eating was excellent. we would definitely return.

Burgers are great. good bierlist. bar drinks are weak and the kitchen tends too slow (our pommes were cold.) service is nice and we love eating outdoors
Got there and they did not have a table for us. We waited 15 minutes and decided to leave.
