Untrained employees mess up the bread on my sandwich that completely fell apart and sells it to me at full price.
I ordered two subs, three cookies, and some chips. Unfortunately, all three cookies were undercooked. When I called to address the issue, they informed me that they could replace the cookies but that this is how corporate instructs them to cook them. They offered to swap out the cookies, but I questioned why I would want replacements if they might also be raw. Having worked at a Subway before, I know they shouldn't look like raw cookie dough—they were flatter than a pancake! Additionally, they had the cookies I originally wanted, but apparently, there was a mix-up with the order, and I received the wrong ones. My two-year-old is quite picky and wouldn’t touch the substitutes we received. I should also mention that I’ve had cookies from this location before, and they’ve never looked like they did today. I’m just really disappointed with this experience.
This is a wonderful little subway restaurant. The young staff manages the busy periods quite effectively. The facility is clean, and the food is consistently good.
I had the worst service I've ever experienced at this restaurant. I walked in at 8:32 PM, and the staff member asked how many people I was feeding, quickly adding that she had just put everything away. I told her it was for four people. They prepared two sandwiches for me, and when I ordered two pizzas, they simply put cheese on them and insisted they were finished, saying I couldn’t add anything else. It was incredibly rude. I will never return, and I’m from Lacon. If you dislike your job that much, you should consider looking for something else or be let go.
