I always have good time at Boston Pizza and it was my first time at that location in Vaughan and service was great the waitress named Carol was very good her service was excellent and food and beer was amazing View all feedback.
What Henrique Morales doesn't like about Bp:
Like a lot of the post that people wrote about this place, service was lacklustre. My family and I waited close to an hour for our food. The people who came maybe 20 minutes after us got there food at least 10 minutes before us. I had burger and fries, my son had wings, daughter had quesadilla and fries and my wife had pizza. I don’t think these should take an hour to make. View all feedback.
My whole family enjoys eating at BP , they are very friendly, courteous and the food is good...
Terrible! Waited for 10 min before the hostess recognized we were not with the big party of people. Other couples walked out... got a menu with food smeared in it and they didn't have the drink I wanted. I'm pretty disgusted.
Waited one hour and 20 mins the waitress was not around to let us know what the hold up was and I food was cold n soggy,no smiles nothing we got apologies n free meals but it shouldn't of happens at all
Although they messed up our pizza, the food was good, the service was non-existent and the manager did nothing about it. Clearly this location doesn't care much about their cheque totals, customer satisfaction or accuracy of orders.
The waiter took awhile to take my order, took forever to bring my drink
