I'm going to have to say this is the best pho in Washington state. I've lived in Seattle/Bellevue for years and have tried many popular pho restaurants in those areas and Pho 111 in Lacey is hands down the best. I had a chance to speak with the owner and he explained how much time and detail goes into the making of their broth. No corners cut, fresh ingredients and pho the way it intended to be. The place is clean and is beautifully decorated. The beef pho was disgustingly greasy the condiments for pho were soaked with wanted and were not throughly clean. Going back to the pho it was so greasy you are left with a thin film of fat inside your mouth and no flavor other than the taste of fat and maybe a little of the taste of blood . Based on the reviews, decided to go in and try a bowl. It’s has a very authentic Vietnamese feel upon walking in, and seems that it is very family ran. Food came out rather fast, and the pricing for the overall amount of food was very good. It does get busy, but the server is very understanding. Pho was good, but was a little too greasy, however, the veggies and egg rolls were on point.
Staff are friendly and they also sell their spicy chili sauce! Love their sauce.Food: 5/5

My bf and I go here at least once a month. I love the pho here!! Very authentic and delicious. Fast service, and a very clean, restaurant.Vegetarian options: They have tofu options.Kid-friendliness: I’m pretty sure they have high chairs for children there. Not 100% sure though.Parking: Parking lot is pretty spacious. You shouldn’t have a problem finding parking.
