7-eleven - Lacey

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant thanks to the fantastic customer service from Ryan and the new employee, Jordan—welcome aboard, Jordan! However, there's a recurring issue with missing items at this location. For over a month, I've been trying to get ice, and for more than two weeks, I've been looking for a Super Big Gulp. Unfortunately, it seems like this isn't just a problem at this store; the nearby corporate store is facing the same issues. It appears that the corporate management at 7-Eleven doesn't prioritize keeping their stores stocked for regular customers. I may have to start considering A.M. instead!

Although the item I wanted wasn't available and I was told it would take about an hour to prepare, Ryan, the associate, took the initiative to whip up a fresh batch of Cheesy Meatballs just for me. Thank you for the outstanding customer service, Ryan!

The staff was incredibly friendly, there was no wait, and they had a great selection. I visited with my mom, and we had a wonderful time. Thank you once again!

The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, but during our visit, there was a lot of chaos as a staff member struggled with the situation. It would be beneficial for the establishment to have two staff members present, if only to have an extra set of eyes when needed. Additionally, the outdoor cameras appear outdated; it's clear that security measures could use an upgrade.

As a regular patron, I truly value the benefits of my visits. The staff, including Ryan and Topher, consistently anticipate my order of the 'Big Byte.' It's wonderful to see that even the newer team members are starting to recognize my preferences!
