Le Pub McVey - Lac-Sainte-Marie

Stopped in here one evening for some take-out. The place was really busy but they made room for us to have a drink while we were waiting for our food. The staff was great. Enjoyed the atmosphere. Chatted with other guests. The food which we took back to our hotel was great.

Spending an afternoon on the deck under the sun with friends is the place to be at Pub McVey. You can watch your favourite sport game on one of the three TV screens. The staff is pleasant and always smiling. There are inexpensive weekend specials that you will surely enjoy.

Excellente ailes de poulet et pickle frit. Très bel atmosphère et personnel très sympathique. Nous sommes allées et le dj été très bon.

Our Chalet is in lac Ste. Marie & McVeys is our Friday stop. We love the wings & pizzas. The fish & chips are always good. They have creative & tasty weekend specials. The Owners & staff are friendly & easy going. They always have a buzz to what's happening in the area.

We went for dinner after an event, the place was understaffed but not packed. We ordered pizza and watched everyone get served around us. The waitress stopped to check on them etc. all spoke French. After waiting 1:20 min and asking for water twice we left never having been served
