La Table De Flo - Labruguière

You asked me the question last week I would have put 5 stars. We were mostly always happy both at the reception level and at the bakery and patissier achievements (with a slight flat for the opera but it is pure question of personal taste) But last Sunday we were very disappointed we ordered a week before a Paris Brest revisit ganache climbed white chocolate and fresh strawberries for 8/10 but the result was catastrophic the dough was completely missed and flat not cooked inside and very tan on the outside and there must have been a hell of a concern to the cut because the wheel of Paris Brest was reconstituted, broken in several places. The mounted ganache was good the fresh strawberries too little present there was a layer of strawberry jam spread out on the basis of the wheel that we did not understand the usefulness to bring a dose of sugar not necessary to finish there was a layer of whipped between the climbed ganache and the top of the wheel that was not intended but not uninteresting. At the opening at our hosts for whom we reported dessert we were ashamed except for the list that we just established there were in several places plastic fibers a priori, (we believed in hair at all but very fortunately not) they had to come from the golden round base under the cake. In short nothing gravel is sure (it's worse in life) but big disappointment

Good breads but lack of diversity or at least really elaborate breads, prices a little high with lower quality, the cereal baguette was initially covered in seeds, today it is no longer so. .
