First I struggle with coins to pay for toilet use and then, no hot water and broken hand dry. All that pleasure after I payed for full gas. Come on. Not customer friendly at all.
Super unfriendly, had to repeat every single order more than once, despite speaking perfect German. The working staff mixed up our drinks(we ordered some with oat milk, which was advertised, and we also paid extra for it, we didn't receive anything with oat milk)then started screaming at us, when we pointed that out. The toilets are not free of charge, and that at a gas station and Café. We are very disappointed, and will try to never stop back at this station.
No card payment for the toilet.... and it is dirty like hell
To not accept cards on toilets in 2025 is crazy. It even requires you to have the exact change of 50 and 20 cents. Bad coffee is ridiculously expensive and so is the gas, but that's expected.
Very bad experience, I attended this bp today 28/03/2025, i spent almost 200euros for 2 cars petrol. I went to pay the for petrol, I asked her to sell me the vignette for Slovenia she refused and very rudely saying that they don’t sell the vignettes even though 1wk ago we paid same place for vignette. Because of her our journey was delaid and had to re route other destination to a petrol station after long hours of driving from UK.
