Ambiance and food were perfect! Gone in 60 seconds! I think we just gobbled up their Baked Cheesy Spinach and La Mancha because we were starving and they were too good to eat slowly! I know that we should've eaten them slowly for the experience. We actually did, for the first few seconds, but after having a few bites, we literally just inhaled them. Haha! It took them too long to serve our crispy pata and Paella Negr... View all feedback.
This September, LJC Group celebrates Larry J. Cruz' birthday and they features LJC Festival of Flavors in which they will bring in 2 new dishes on all their 9 restaurants. Fillet of Mahi- Mahi á la Provençale – Mahi á la Provençale – served on a bed of mashed potatoes with tomato caper sauce and sautéed shiitake mushrooms. Tomato sauce was on point. The Mahi-Mahi was cooked perfectly. Pochero Especial – a dish of Spanish roots with a Filipino twist; served with chorizo, saba bananas, and vegetables. My own version was that I used tomato sauce that’s why I’m used to it being deep red in color. This Pochero does not have too much tomato sauce but the taste was still in tact. You can taste all the ingredients in one sip. Definitely a winner to me. The Good to Dine Campaign is a fundraising project for the benefit of the Cancer Institute of the Philippine General Hospital, through the Andres Soriano Foundation Inc. We ordered a lot of food but I wasn't able to take a photo of everything. Anyway, to sum it up, all of it were so good, ambiance and service were good, BUT they certainly suck at desserts. You're gonna regret spending on any of it especially Sikreto ni Maria which definitely disappointed me the most. Price is quite high but they provide quality service. And I forgot to mention, the Kamias shake is a bomb. You must definitely try that
We rented a private space for 15k consumable. We loved the food. But not all. Others were just the typical like liempo, crispy pata and salpicao. But what stood out are, calamares en something. It's like adobong pusit, adobo, sotanghon, and for dessert sikreto ni maria.
Had a great time with my team mates in this resto. Loved their Kare Kare, Crispy Pata and Bamboo rice. Place is cozy and staff are willing to answer questions. Cant wait to come back!
Had a dinner for 2 people here in Lorenzo's Way, and I enjoyed it very much. We ordered Lengua Estufada P485, Spanish Garlic Chicken P395, Gising Gising P285, and Sikreto ni Maria Clara P185 for dessert. The Lengua was the standout, incredibly soft and tasty. The Garlic Chicken was tender but I wanted more flavor so I asked for gravy, and the waiter, Mr. Alson, graciously served it with no charge. The Gising Gising was better than the usual, creamy and with a spicy kick. For dessert the Sikreto was made of Macapuno ice cream and mango, and apparently the secret was suman. Overall it was a pleasurable experience, food quality was great and the service impeccable. Two thumbs up!
