The staff is friendly, and the quality is great when they get the order right.

I ordered 14 donuts but only received 6 of the ones I wanted. The muffins were tough, and the 2 Red Velvet donuts I ordered were swapped for 2 stale glazed ones... read more I ordered 14 donuts but only received 6 of the ones I wanted. The muffins were tough, and the 2 Red Velvet donuts I ordered were swapped for 2 stale glazed ones. Additionally, the DoorDash driver took over an hour to deliver my order, and I only live 6 miles from Dunkin. I am completely disappointed with both the food and the service. I will not be ordering from here again. Consider this a warning!
