What Francisca Giménez doesn't like about Mas du Belier Le:
my experience of this place! I don't know where to start, just to be short. we order our food, but somehow lost in communication, I have the wrong meal. the arrogant waiter told us we have to pay the full price and would. do not change my meal. he started screaming and said if I didn't pay for the meal, he would call the police. I was very shocked by his angry reaction. View all feedback.
We visited this restaurant that has eaten here and enjoyed the environment and eating when we came years ago. we asked for a table for people by indicating that there were four children in our group. immediately the gruß turned less than inviting. the waiter came to take our order, we asked that we order menus instead of all ordered pornstars (which would have been too big for a year and year), some from starters, netzen and desserts and share with the smallest. the waiter began to tell me that I don't order the children with the net and said it wasn't enough to eat. I asked if we could order an additional dish if we needed it, and was met with a ten wheel, as the cook would not make us eat anymore, as they would make the table clear for the next people. I then asked if we could have a little broth while we waited what was met with aggression and contempt. he would not start us brot with appetizers, because we did not want the main thing for everyone ordered and clear that we were unloaded on brot! at this point I began to be annoyed as the waiter continued to use a totally innapropriated ton when we were polite and friendly to him. if he had expressed himself differently, asked us nicely to move on a smaller table, we would have made this happy. if he had said from the beginning that the children who do not order the net would not be welcome, we could have just gone elsewhere. but at this place, tired and humiliated by our treatment, we are on and away. something I had to do in no restaurant. (I am french, and I said french to the waiter in all time, so there was no intermixing of speech).
A stunning environment, excellent service and delicious wein can not eat for very common. starter was a black rice and prawn concoction delicious. but the faggot for the main course left it. a blob dry meat with a grill sauce. was a heavenly pannacotta. but what I got was a heavenly jelly. it was very tasty, but a pannacotta was not! on the plus side the waitress worked incredibly hard and the patron was friendly and informatiw, telling us more about the region. worth a visit, but just normal.

On our way from Pont D'Arc to Avignon my wife and I spotted a beautiful medieval village on the way to Avignon and decided to check it out, Roque sur Ceze and it was nice. We decided to have lunch at this nice quiet place...by the river. We have not had a better lunch after days in Europe. See Jimfromjacksonhole's review from June It was the same meal and I concur that it was the best ratatouille I've ever had. Made me want to watch the cartoon movie ratatouille again it was so good. Lopped up every drop with bread. But the rest of the plate; grilled chicken breast, roasted potatoes, salad, red ripe tomatoes, and a terrine as well as a great slice of cheese. Gets my vote for best country lunch in France and very reasonably priced as well.
Accueil sympathique. A recommander.
