bertha cooks like her mother's Venezuelan and her grandmother's Colombian, only fresh and obviously exotic products. the dishes are prepared with love, warmth and training, and seasoned with merengue and bachata. It is tasty, nourishing and cheap at all, 10 euros for a dish, a drink and a dessert. I have a weak for the "pan de jamon", traditional dish of the end-of-year parties, olive roulade, bacon and grapes. and for the "developed "pabellon" which gathers in the slender meat plate, rice, black beans, plantan bananas. not to mention the quesillo de bertha, a kind of caramel flan, which melts in the mouth.
