You're basically eating on her patio and yes she does have well-behaved children that are pretty cute once again I think this adds to the flavor of the experience and culture. The food is so good and such a value I think you'll be pleased eating local fair the hours do vary sometimes but it's well worth it. By the way it's clean and there is a bathroom available and bottled water.
