Was Brant Effertz at Nitroinfusions a mag?
This is a well located shop right near the main square of Old La Quinta. The nitrogen is a fun gimmick but I don't really think it changes the flavor of the ice cream much. It is a bit more natural though. We were told it is owned by the same people who own TQLAS across the street. What Brant Effertz dislikes about Nitroinfusions:
Bought a milkshake there today. It cost $9, which in itself is outrageous, based on the small size. The biggest reason for the one Star Rating is, that what they call Milkshake I call cold sweet milk. It was not even frozen, but awful sweet tasking cold cream. Delicious ice cream made on the spot with liquid nitrogen! A perfect treat for a meal or to cool off in the hot weather. I highly recommend it.

Good news! This business was planned to close the last month, but was able to get their leasing and get additional space to grow their product line!! Try them great. This is the perfect end of a meal in the old town. Or a walk through the old town. Or a visit to the peasant market in the old town. Or a round of golf at PGA West or Silverado. Or just a ride through the city to have a cold ice cream treat. But not only ice cream, a fresh nitrogen made ice cream. I had this idea in other places, and they're good, but that's really Top Notch. The ingredients appear on top of the line, and the service is great. It costs a little more than traditional ice creams, but it's worth it, and I like ice a lot. The aromas are diverse. I'm sure you'll find something you like. We went with several people and everyone was happy. Try it. There are many simple parking spaces in the old town, so go out.

Okay, now this place is an explosion! I've seen NIE, ice cream so fast made so delicious! In your eyes like magic. Harry. Potter has nothing against these people. Fun, fun, fun.
